Do you already have a track record of building solid customer relationships and growing your assigned accounts by soliciting additional business providing IT support solutions, such as helpdesk/call center services, technical staffing, and professional services?

The successful candidate will act as Account Manager and liaison to client in client development (account sales growth) and performance management capacity, as well as determine client needs. 

*Will solicit new business with existing clients

*Investigate and ensure proper resolution of customer complaints

*Promote process and business goals to ensure financial and performance objectives are met

*Be responsible for follow-up on purchase orders and changes of scope
*Have responsibility for budget creation and re-forecasting

Required Qualifications 

5 years of prior Account Manager experience within multi-national information technology industry, specifically, IT Services and Solutions is required, as well as:

*Bachelors Degree or equivalent

*Excellent communication, business, organizational, and follow-up skills

*Superior presentation skills

*General financial and business understanding

*Effective negotiation skills

*Proven complex IT solution sales experience

*Proficient with Microsoft Office including Power Point, Excel, Outlook and Word.

*Ability to travel 50%
