Our client, located in Southfield, is a multi-disciplined management, financial, and operational consulting firm with expertise in crisis, turnaround, and performance improvement management. They specialize in serving under-performing and troubled companies as well as their lenders, investors, boards of directors and major OEMs. They currently have positions available for a Manager and a Director.
In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing the financial, economical, sales, operational, and legal aspects of a troubled or insolvent client company.
To qualify, candidates should possess a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; Masters degree preferred. You must have a strong background working with financial models and spreadsheets, along with 8-10 years of financial, legal, or business experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this challenging role.
This challenging position will put you at the forefront of our client relations where you will impact the financial, marketing, operations and legal aspects of our clients. You will be empowered to develop innovative solutions and action plans that will affect the turnaround of troubled or insolvent companies. We need someone with a passion for building meaningful relationships with potential and existing clients with an eye towards business development initiatives and objectives.
Our ideal candidate has a Masters degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, coupled with a strong background working with financial models and spreadsheets. You should have 10+ years of related financial, operations, legal or business experience, and demonstrate advanced negotiation, planning and analytical abilities.
