Plante & Moran CRESA seeks a success minded candidate for the position of Senior Real Estate Transaction Manager. Candidates should posses a high degree of discipline, self confidence, professionalism and analytical ability with a proven track record of personal and professional success.

Senior Transaction Managers work in a team environment to provide exclusive tenant and buyer representation for office and industrial space users. This candidate would immediately assume a significant level of responsibility servicing existing firm client relationships, generating new business, and managing real estate transactions.

• 10 + years commercial real estate experience (Real Estate Broker, Lending Officer, Attorney, Internal Real Estate Department, etc.)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior responsibility for sales, business development and account development

Qualified individuals must either reside in southeast Michigan or be willing to relocate to southeast Michigan for this opportunity at their own cost. 10% travel is required with this position.
